HAFA Short Sale Guidelines
Todd and Oana discuss the HAFA short sale guidelines and some of the particulars of the federal short sale program. HAFA went into effect recently and is the follow on program to HAMP which deal with loan mods. This program gives homeowners the ability to do a short sale, but with some limitations. Todd and Oana’s company do about 200 Short Sales a year and are starting to work within the HAFA program.
