Capitol Hill is filled with an extremely diverse crowd. You will see all types of life as you walk down Broadway Ave, which is this neighborhood’s main drag. There are two colleges and a number of small shops and great restaurants.
The real estate in Capitol Hill is beautiful. In the north end of Capitol Hill there are older Victorian style and Tudor style homes that are absolutely awe inspiring. The homes in the north end sit on bigger than average lots and represent an older, more mature neighborhood.

This small area of the city holds low crime and a mix of very expensive houses and tiny, charming bungalows. Along W. McGraw St., the Magnolia Village offers a nice selection of shops and dining establishments, as well as professional offices. Fisherman’s Terminal is another fun place to eat and shop while watching boats pull into the docks.
In addition to the shopping and restaurants available in Magnolia Village, residents of Magnolia enjoy quick access to attractions in Belltown and Downtown. Less accessible are the I-5 and I-90 interstates so commutes to South Seattle or the Eastside are more time consuming.

Located close to Downtown, Queen Anne and Capitol Hill, South Lake Union is situated in a prime location for many employers. It is home to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, the world’s finest cancer research institute. One of the leading edge biotech companies, Zymogenetics, has also made its headquarters in South Lake Union.
South Lake Union is being developed at an incredible rate. Updates to South Lake Union Park have been recently completed, and new cafes, grocery stores have just been built. The properties in South Lake Union display a unique architecture of the working 1920’s.

Eastgate is a census-designated place (CDP) in King County, Washington, United States. It is generally considered to be part of the city of Bellevue, though not all of it is within the city limits. The population was 4,558 at the 2000 census.
Eastlake
Founded about 1890, Seattle’s Eastlake community is one of its oldest and quirkiest neighborhoods, located between the University District and downtown, flanking the east side of Lake Union. Eastlake is a neighborhood in Seattle, Washington, so named because of its location on the eastern shore of Lake Union. Its main thoroughfare is Eastlake Avenue E., which runs from Howell Street at the northeast corner of Downtown north over the University Bridge to the University District, where it connects to Roosevelt Way N.E. and 11th Avenue N.E. A second thoroughfare is Boylston Avenue E.; as an arterial, it parallels Interstate 5 for the four blocks between E. Newton Street to the south and E. Roanoke Street to the north, acting as an extension of Capitol Hill’s Lakeview Boulevard E.
Edmonds
Edmonds, with its small-town feel, European style and flower- and tree-lined walkways, is dubbed the “friendliest city” in Washington year after year. The city is only a few minutes from Lynwood and the Alderwood Mall. Ferries sail from Edmonds to Kingston every day, and cultural and performance arts events take the stage year-round.
